This is in response to your letters dated January 26, 1981 which transmitted Revision 11 to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMC) and August 28, 1981 which transmitted revised Chapter 6. " Material Accounting Systems" to your Fundamental fluclear Material Control Plan.
We have reviewed the revised Chapter 6 and have detemined that this chapter is now responsive to the regulations with the addition of the two changes, noted in the attachment to this letter. This chapter can be implerented by making these changes to Chapter 6, and then distributing this chapter to Exxon personnel ard to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission according to the normal distribution requirement.
It has been established that the attachments to your letters dated January 26, 1981 and August 28, 1981 and tt.e attachment to this letter contain infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(l' such information is deemed to be consnercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in 'iccordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
