Report to the Technical Support Center (TSC).
2.
Make an estimate of the emergency from an operational viewpoint and initiate immediate corrective action to F
limit or contain the emergency.
V 3.
Organize and direct rescue operations for injured personnel. (Attachment 8).
4.
Assist in the planning and implementing of detailed procedures regarding all phases of the GSEP related Activities.
5.
Direct switening and valving operations, equipment operations, equipment checking, and other miscellaneous cperations.
6.
Initiate measures such as firefighting necessary to terminate the emergency condition.
Emergency Measures Taken Time 7.
Inform the Station Director of the pragmss of corrective measures.
8.
The Operations Director shall designate an individual frcm the Staticn Operations Staff to manage and supervise the activities of the Onsite OSC.

When directed by the Station Director, implement the evacuation procedure EPIP 360-1.
- 10. Maintain a record of all GSEP related activities.
