Your letter dated July 9, 1981 concerns privacy and proprietary material in emergency plans.
In accordance with the guidance given in the letter, the Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit No. 3 emergency plans and implementing procedures have been reviewed for privacy material. As a result of this review, we request that the following material be removed from the public record:
