I understand tnat nearings for the licensing of the Limerick l
nuclear plant near Pottstown, Pa. have been started.
Even tnaugh construction is in progress, I am against having the project completed and licensed.
I The proximity of such a plant to a huge populated area, Philadelphia and adjoinin6 counties, made it a ridiculous choice of location to begin with.
An accident and possible contamination of the air would be a catastrophe.
I The Pniladelpnia water problem should be considered, too.
The salt line on tne Delaware is continuously moving up and with ten million j
6allons of water being taken from the river at Point Pleasant makes this an important environmental item to be checked.
