WEST BRANCH CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION'S RESPONSE TO POWER AUTHORITY'S MOTION TO EXCLUDE FEAR We have made no comment on this issue because it is for the judges to decide during the hearings. If we were to allow a total subject to be ruled out where would we start and stop?
We cannot help but note that PASUY is a public agency and its attack on the people of New York is most unseemly, as is its extravagant use of paper and attorneys' fees.
However, the New York Times of date of January 9, 1982 reports a case in Harrisburg, Pa. in which a Federal Court of Appeals called for a hearing on the psychologi-cal stress of living near a nuclear station CMI). There-fore, it is beyond the scope of the motion of PASUY.
