The $4,400 fees for the QC 1/2 Tech Spec change regarding the RHR Containment Cooling Cross-Tie request dated 12/03/81, wa s processed by Voucher
- V67909.
This check was inadvertently then sent with the Dresden 2/3 Tech Spec change concerning Appendix J dated 11/30/81.
The NRC, therefore, never received the QC $4,400 fee, and Dresden 2/3 functions were not charged for their fee.
This
$4,400 voucher will, therefore, be charged to Dresden 2/3, even though the NRC believes it applies to QC 1/2.
