This letter is to propose the following revisions to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications:
1)
LC0 4.2.7 and Basis ( Attachment 1) 2)
LCO 4.2.9 and Basis ( Attachment 1)
A safety analysis mgarding the proposed changes is enclosed as Attach-ment 2.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70, we believe the pmposed changes involve a single issue and am anendment fee Class III.
A draft in the amount of $4,000 for the fee payment is attached.
