This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your conpany for che review of Topical report No. ATC-132A entitled "ATCOR Radioactive Waste Solidification System" which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0i!RR) for review on April 17, 1978. We understand that the OHRR staff completed the review of this report on September 3,1981.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $11,505 based on review time involving 295 professional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Iluclear Regulatory C0maission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When aaking paya nt, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
