The revisions include the following procedures:
F3 REV 4 Table of Contents F3-5 REV 3 Emergency Notification F3-15 REV 2 Responsibilities of the Radiation Survey Teams During a Radioactive Airborne Release F3-20 REV 2 Manual Determination of Radioactive Release Concentrations These procedure documents include names and telephone numbers of the many persons having responsibility under the Emergency Plan. To maintain the confidentiality of this information for reasons of privacy and plan effective-ness, these procedure documents should not be placed in the Public Document Room or the names and telephone numbers should be deleted before placing them in the Public Document Room. We understand you appreciate this need and are in a position to accommodate the requirement.
