Dear Mr. Pevenstein:

This is in response to your letter dated September 24, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Informahon Act, a copy of the nonproprietary version of the technical proposal submitted by Science Applications, Inc., (SAI) under RFP No. RS-NMS-81-040.

During a telephone conversation on October 5, Linda Robinson informed you that the requested technical proposal contains classified information and you stated that you have no interest or need to know such information.

We have, therefore, deleted classified and proprietary information and have enclosed a copy of the technical proposal plus the best and final revision submitted by SAI.
