Dear Mr. Wurtz:
This is in response to your letter dated October 2,1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of 29 listed tapes of interviews conducted in connection with the NRC investigation of the TMI-2 accident and a copy of the index of all tapes made in the course of the NRC investigation.
Enclosed is a copy of the index.
As agreed in a telephone conversation with Ms. Carol Ann Reed of my staff on October 19, 1981, one individual's name has been deleted.
We will be in touch with you again when the tapes are available.
