l As a result of the inspection conducted December 15, 1981, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1930), the l
following violations were identified:
A.
10 CFR 20.407 requires that all licensees other than those described in 10 CFR 20.408 shall within the first quarter of calendar years 1979 and 1980, submit to the Comission, the personnel monitoring reports l
specified in 10 CFR 20.407(a) and (b) covering the calendar years of i
1978 and 1979.

Contrary to the above requirement, at the time of the inspectip, the I
personnel monitoring reports for the calendar years 1978 and 1579 had not been submitted to the Corrrnission.

B.
10 CFR 19.11(a) requires that each licensee shall post current copies of the follouing documents (1) 10 CFR 19 and 20 (2) the license, license conditions, or documents incorporated into the license by reference and amendments thereto; and (3) the operating procedures applicable to the licensed activities. 10 CFR 19.11(b) states that if postino a i
document specified in 10 CFR 19.11(a) is not practicable, the licensee i
may post a notice which describes the document and states where it l
may be examined.
l Contrary to the above requirement, at the time of the inspection, neither the posting of the documents required by 10 CFR 19.11(a) nor the notice
'uthorized by 10 CFR 19.11(b) to indicate where the documents are available i
for examination were being maintained.

This is a Severity Level VI Violation (Supplement VII).
C.
Lteense Condition 17 states, in part, the :!censee shall possess and use licensed material in accordance with statenents, representations, and procedures contained in application received April 28, 1981. Item 158. of the application states that film tadge records will be maintained monthly.

Contrary to the above requirement, at the time of the inspection, film badge exposure records were not available for February and June of 1979, January, February and September of 1980, and January, May, June, and August of 1981.
This is a Severity Level VI Violation (Supplement VII).
