NRC Inspection This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. Gibbons of our Region III office on December 9-10, 1981, of activities at the Bellriver Power Plant Project Site St. Clair, Michigan authorized by 11RC Byproduct Material License rio. 04-00616-04 and to the discussion of our findings with Messrs. Gary Smith and L. Brinks.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
No items of concompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection. A clear Form INC-591 is enclosed for your record.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
