Parris you had requested additional information regarding the design of the Reactor Protection System (RPS) power supply modifications at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. My letter to H. R. Denton dated October 28, 1981 reflected deferral of these RPS modifications until fall 1984.
It is possible that design details coulf change or that drawings could be revised by ther..
We believe that the most prudent course of action for both the NRC staff and TVA would be to submit the requested information at a later date.
We, therefore, plan to submit the requested information as part of tne required licensing actior, to be initiated later.
