Dear Mr. Collins:
In the referenced interim report, LP&L committed to submit a final report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 17 by January 29, 1982.
Again the extent of repairs necessary to completa the corrective action on this deficiency has made it impossible to meet this deadline.
A final report on this item will be submitted by March 17, 1982.
