Dear Mr. Denton:
Reference 1 requested two submittals concerning the control of heavy loads. Reference 2 provided the first of these reports for the SNUPPS plants. Reference 3 informed the NRC of a delay in the submittal of the followup report. Additional analyses are required in order to complete the followup report which is now planned for submittal in March 1982.
