Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The final report on the subject item was due to be submitted by November 30, 1981. At this time replacement material has been received and work orders have been issued to accomplish the replacement of the ten (10) valve actuators.
It is estimated that this work will be completed by December 24, 1981.
Based on the above, a final report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 23 will be submitted by January 8, 1982.
