In the referenced interim report, LP&L committed to submit a final report on Potentially Reportable Incident No. 52 by December 31, 1981.
Activities af fecting the installation and acceptance of the A-490 bolts in the Reactor Coolant Pump Supports have been delayed. The replacement A-490 bolts have not been received on site, j
A final report on this item will be submitted by May 31, 1982.
