Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The purpose of tnis transmittal i s to provide a copy o f the LaSalle County Station Process Control Program (PCP) which is referenced in the Technical Specification Section 3/4.11. 3.
The PCP describes the admin.':.trative aaa process controls on the radioactive waste solidificaion system which provide reasonable assurance that the LSCS system is operated to produce solidified waste with no free-standing water.
The submittal o f this program should document the information provided to Mr. A.
Bournia in a telephone conversation on January 8, 1982.
