Dear Ms. Chavez:
Thank you for your telephone call on January 12, 1982, requesting clarification of the Staff's letter of January 8 regarding DAARE/ SAFE's recent response to the Staff's discovery requests. We discussed those interrogatories cited by our January 8 letter and you expressed your intention to try to supply that infomation prior to the January 18 date set by the Staff before we seek appropriate action by the Licensing Board. The Staff did not alter that infomal deadline; however, we requested that you notify us promptly if you anticipate being only a few days late with the infomation in order that we can avoid the need to involve the Licensing Board further in the discovery process.
