In my letter dated December 23, 1981, there was an incorrect reference to a significant deficiency report in the first paragraph.
That letter incluced our report dated December 18, 1981, supplying resolution for I. E.
Item 440/80-05-01; 441/80-05-01, which was identified by Mr. K. D. Ward for your office.
This unresolved item was not considered reportable pursuant to 10CFR50.55(c), therefore, you will find no previous correspondence from The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company on this subject.
