Regerding the subject of harassnent, enclosed is a copy of Section 210,
Paployee Protection of the Energy Reorganization Act, Public Lau 95-601.
This section prohibits discriminatory acts against employees because they
assisted in any action to carry out the purposes of the Energy
Reorgani=ntion Act or the Atenic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The
investigation of cotrylaints filed under this section are the responsibility
of the Departncnt of. Labor. If you wish to file such a complaint, I
suggest you contact the Department of Labor office nearest you.
