(Zimmer Nuclear Power Station, Unit) January 8.1982 REPORT TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD On December 3,1981, the applicant and Clermont County were directed to continue settlement negotiations and report to the Board by January 8,1982 on the status of those negotiations.

On January 7,1982, the applicants and their representatives and repre-sentatives of the county met and arrived at an agreement tentatively settling the existing issues between them. While such an agreement has been reached, to date it has not been reduced to writing.

Clermont County requests and hereby reserves the right to file subsequent contentions in the event that a written agreement is not subsequently adopted where failure to do so is through no fault attributable to the county.
