DOCKET NO. 50-327 TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY tiOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDf1ENT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-77 The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Commission) has issued Amend-ment No.10 to facility Operating License No. DPR-77, issued to Tennessee Valley Authority (licensee) for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 (the facility) located in Hau11 ton County, Tennessee. This amendment revises implementation
/
dates of several items from January 1 and=St,1982, to no later than startup following the first refueling outage.
The application for the amendment complies.with the standards and require-ments 66 the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. Prior public notice of this amendment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The Comission has determined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 51.5 (d)(4)angnvironmentalimpactstatement,ornegativedeclarationandenviron-mental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
