Please find enclosed a copy of our new EOF and TSC Organizati Charts.
Our Procedure EPP-2 has been revised to reflect these organizational changes and other logistical changes.
We have increased our communications to and from the EOF and have eliminated the speaker phones.
We'll now use head-set phones for our two technical communicators.
Our EOF will be divided into three parts; Conference Room A for our Emergency Management, Con-ference Room B for our Emergency Communicators, and the adjacent small computer room for our TI-99 and off-site Dose Calculations and Plume Trajectory Specialists team.
As per a phone conversation with Mr. William Grant, January 27, 1982 is the new and final date for the NRC observed and critiaued retest of our Emergency Operations Facility.
A copy of our scenario which will be kept confidential except for a DPC EOF drill captain (P. W.
Shafer) will be sent to you by January 17, 1982.
