January 7, 1982 NOTICE OF HEARING Please take notice that the evidentiary hearing in the captioned matter will reconvene January 25 through 29, February 1 through 5, and February 22 through 26, 1982.
The week of January 25 the hearing will be held in Courtroom 805 in the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, 5th and Walnut Streets, Cincinnati, Ohio, comencing on January 25 at 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and thereafter at 9:00 a.m.
Arrangements for a hearing room for the week of February 1 are not final.
Consequently, this session of the hearing will be the subject of a separate Notice.
