RESPONSES TO NRC QUESTIONS This letter responds to your letter of October 26, 1981, requesting specific information for the environmental review of the CRBRP application. Your letter detailed 28 areas in which additional infonnation was required.
Subsequent to your letter, three other areas requiring additional infonnation were identified by telecon. The enclosure to this letter includes responses to 21 of those requests:
230.lR, 230.2R, 230.3R, 230.4R, 230.5R 240.lR 290.lR, 290.2R, 290.3R, 290.4R, 290.5R, 290.6R, 290.7R, 290.8R, 290.10R 320.lR, 320.2R, 320.5R, 320.9R 460.1R, 460.2R As discussed with Mr. Paul Leech of your staff, responses to the remaining requests will be provided in accordance with the schedule below.
The intent of questions 310.lR and 310.2R have been covered in the Project's updated socioeconomic analysis which was submitted to the NRC on December 14, 1981, as Environmental Report Amendment X.
If questions still remain after review of the updated socioeconomic analysis, we will address them at that time.
Questions 290.9R, 320.3R, 320.4R, 320.6R, 320.8R, and 750.lR relate to DOE actions regarding the LMFBR Program as discussed in the November 2,1981, Federal Register Notice (Volume 46, Page 54397), "LMFBR Programs; Intent N
