The referenced letter committed Union Electric to C,;[fe t
provide personnel with licensed PWR experience on shift to act as advisors to operations personnel.
As a further clari-fication, Union Electric plans to have these advisors available for approximately one year and to include operation from initial criticality until the attainment of nominal full power.
We would expect to identify and assign these advisors about one month prior to fuel load.
This commitment supersedes the one contained in our August 14, 1981 letter (ULNRC-478) to the NRC.
