.This refers to the routine safety. inspection conducted by Messrs.
W. J. Slawinski, and J. R. Madera of this office on December-14-15, 1981
-of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 21-00265-06 and to the discussion of our findings with you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of tl.e inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation s:sfcty and to compliuace with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the-conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurunents, and interviews with personnel.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
