NQof In view of the fact that the Maritime Administration has been trans-ferred from the U.S. Department of Commerce to the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Review and Audit Committee recommends the following changes be made to the Technical Specifications of referenced license:
1.
All reference to "U.S.
Department of Commerce" should be changed to read "U.S.
Department of Transportation".
2.
