S2.740(f),~The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, et al.
(" Applicants") hereby. move
-the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for an order compelling
-a response to Applicants' Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents to Intervenor Tod J. Kenney (First Set).
The interrogatories and request for production of documents were filed on October 15, 1981 pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
Section 2.740b.
Responses were due November 3, 1981.
Applicants' counsel called Mr. Kenney on December 2, 1981 to inquire about the responses, and were informed that Mr. Kenney planned to respond on December 7.
In Mr. Kenney's discovery report, December 16, 1981, he states his response is "being compiled".
