Dear Judge Bloch:
This letter confirms the substance of telephone conversations you and I had December 21, 23 and 28,1981 regarding the due date for actions required of Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a result of your Memcrandum and Order in the above-styled proceeding dated December 21, 1931 I related that many key Westinghouse employes take leave at this
'tiae of the year and that I was unable to reach persons involved in propri.etary issues, particularly Mr. Robert A. Wiesemann, whose affi-davits have been the subject of parts of the Memorandum and Order.
As a result, you have revised the due date for Westinghouse to respond to the Order until December 31, 1981.
