The NRC Staff has filed a Motion for Use of Express Mail fo yervice of ly

Testimony.
The motion points out the shortness of time between the scheduled date for filing of testimony and the date for the comencement of the hearing.
To meet the situation NRC Staff suggests that all parties sorve their written testimony by either Express Mail or the equivalent. The motion is granted.
