Clarifications to Emergency Preparedness Regulations The Commission unanimously approved for publication in the Federal Register a proposed amendment to 10 CFR Part 50_which would clarify that full scale emergency preparedness exercises are required prior to issuance of a full power operating license but are not required-for a Licensing Board, Appeal Board or Commission licensing decision.
