Eldon Greenburg, Attorney, NRDC and Sierra Club Rarhara Financre, Attorney, NRDC Jacob Sherr, Attorney, NBDC The Ocxtmission agreed ht the Comnission, rather than the staff or an adjudicatory board, would make the decision on the Department of Energy's exsuption request. The Ocmnission also agreed that the Ocnnission would proceal.in the matter with the ccathined assistance of the staff, OPE and OGC.
The Ccmnission discussed the schedule of events required for a decision in this matter; although the Ocmnist '..) did not reach a final decision, it agreed to issue an Order on or about Dmmh=r 23, 1981, inviting ccmnents and requesting answers to questions, with responses due January 23, 1982. The General Counsel was requested to advise on legal aspects of the procedure.
