This. letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Supplerrent No. 3 (dated November 1980) to Topical Report XN-NF-75 Exxon Nuclear Neutronics Design Methods for Pressurized Water Reactors which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. We understand that the OilRR

staff completed the review of Supplement No. 3 on August 17, 1981.
Fees.for this review are in accordance witn 10 CFR 170.21 Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $702 based on review time involving 18 profes-sional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will.be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and fontarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
