Dear Mr. Novak:
Enclosed are forty copies of report GA-C16277, " Testing at Fort St. Vrain After Installation of Region Constraint Devices."
This report summarizes the results of the RT500H tests performed in November-December 1980 below 70% power with the region constraint devices installed, in which attempts were made to induce fluctuat r is.
The earlier draft report was forwarded to the NRC with the above reference letter during meetings and discussions held in February 1981 to obtain NRC approval to test above 70% power.
The final report is now submitted for your information and records.
