If the licensee is the receiver of the material, he shall record both the shopper's and receiver's information on the form NRC-721 and N

transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 7FR Part 70.

If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the shipper's information to N:

the receiver of the material for inclusiion on the receiver's form NRC-741.

~ he licensee shall notify the appropriate regional Safeguards Branch, Office Inspection and Enforcement, immediately, by telephone or telegram, if c

entry of any import shipment authorizeo by this license is refused by the U.S. Customs Service.

Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show a copy of the license to U.S. Customs as authority for the import.
