Dear Mrs. Steinberg:
This is in reference to our November 19, 1981 letter in which we forwarded a number of minor export license requests to the Executive Branch for review.
Enclosed is a request from Sigma Chemical to extend the expiration date on export license XMAT0097. As this case involves an export to India, it raises the same issues addressed in our previous letter.
We would appreciate your response to the issues raised in the earlier letter as they relate to this new minor case and also to the previous cases we forwarded for your review.
