cn I understand that the executed Affidavit of Colleen Wells in suppe-t of the Intervention Petition of Inc., has not been received or filed in Del-AWARE Unlimited, the office of the Secretary, although the unexecuted copy was so received and filed.
Accordingly, I am enclosing a for filing.
At the copy of the original executed Affidavit I am requesting that in this instruction of Judge Brenner, the Secretary make service on the service list.
