As requested by Mr. Ken Eccleston of your staff, we hereby re-affirm our Reference (a) request for extension ~ of the Reference (3), Confirmatory
' Order completion date.
I The only modification classified as " Major" in the extension request is the Torus Saddle Installation which will be completed no later than May 1, 1982.
The remaining modifications are classified as " Minor" and will be completed coincident with startup for cycle 7 operation.
