LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO REQUESTS BY UCS AND ANGRY v
FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME FOR FILING EXCEPTIONS g.1)7 TO THE ASLB SECOND PARTIAL INITIAL DECISION p'
UCS and ANGRY have both filed requests for extensions of time in which to file exceptions to the Licensing Board's Second Partial Initial Decision, dated December 14, 1981, cover-ing Plant Design and Procedures, Separation and Emergency Planning Issues.
UCS' request was dated December 18, 1981, and ANGRY's request was dated December 15, 1981.
Licensee would have no objection to extending the date for the filing of exceptions until 10 days after reply comments are to be filed with the Commission with respect to the immediate effectiveness of the Second Partial Initial Decision.
The date for filing reply comments has now been set by Commission Order CLI-84-34, dated December 23, 1981, for January 20, 1982.
Allow-ing for the fact that January 30, 1982, falls on a Saturday, exceptions would be due on Monday, February 1.

r Licensee opposes UCS' suggestion that the date for exceptions be set for 10 days after oral argument, since no oral argument has been scheduled by the Commission.
Should the Com-mission decide to schedule oral argument, Licensee would wish an opportunity to respond to any request for further extension of the date for filing excqptions.
