(unpublished).
The Anti-Nuclear Group Representing York (ANGRY) filed a motion seeking an extension until January ll, 1982.
The time for filing exceptions to the December 18, 1981, partial initial decision is extended to February 1, 1982.
We agree with UCS that the parties should direct their immediate attention to the issues before the Commission so we shall extend the date for filing exceptions to us.
The establishment of a fixed date for the filing of e::ceptions, irrespective of when and if an oral argument before the Commission is held, should permit better planning for the appeal phase of the case without placing an undue burden on the parties.
The extension applies to all parties.

In a follow-up document, UCS indicates that intervenors Steven Sholly, Marjorie Aamodt, Anti-Nuclear Group Rep-resenting York, Environmental Coalition on Nuclear Power, Three Mile Island Alert, Newberry Township Steering Com-mittee and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania support its motion.
UCS also indicates that the Staff agrees to the motion and that the Licensee agrecs to an extension to 10 days following the filing of replies to parties ' sub-missions to the Commission.
