ANSWER OF INTERVENORS CHRISTY AND SALAVA, TO APPLICANTS' RENEWED MOTION TO COMPEL ANSWERS OF INTERVENORS CHRISTY AND SALAVA TO INTERROGATORIES This is the answer of t'he intervenors, Mary Ellen Salava and Wanda Christy,(herein after referred to as the "intervenors") to the applicants' Renewed Motion to Compel Answers of Intervenors Christy and Salava to Interrogatories, said motion being dated December 15,1981.
The motion of the applicants to compel the intervenors to the applicants financial qualifications interrogatories EP-4, EP-5, EP-7, EP-8, EP-9, EP-II, EP-12, EP-15, EP-16, and interrogatory EP/FQ shoula be denied for the reasons set forth in the answer of the intervenors to the applicants' original motion to compel answers to interrogatories. That answer is dated October 23, 1981.
