POWER COMPANY QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM - ORGANIZATION CHANGE Consumers Power Cor.pany recently announced changes in our Midland Project Quality Assurance management organization. Attached is a copy of the announce-ment of those changes for your information.

Consumers Power Company vill submit revisions to our Quality Assurance Program Policies to incorporate these organizational changes in the near future.
