BG&E Letter dated 11/17/81 from A. E. Lundvall, Jr. to H. R. Denten, Request '7r Amendment Gentlemen:
The referenced letter contained a request to change the Calvert Cliffs Technical Specifications for radiological monitoring to be consistent with the NRC's Radiological Assessment Branch Technical Position (11/T9) and 10 CFR50 Appendix I.
We vish now to withdraw the referenced request. We have determined, through conversations with our NRC Project Manager, that no substantive NBC review of the referenced request has taken place and that the matter may be more appropriately addressed as a part of the upcoming NRC review of the entire Calvert Cliffs Appendix I technical specification package, scheduled to take place at Calvert Cliffs on January 25-26, 1982. Accordingly, we request that the referenced application be cancelled and our fee submittal in the amount of
