Enclosed for your review are three copies of Revision 6 (Pages i, iii, 1-1 thru l-24, 2-1 thru 2-3, 6-3, 7-2, 7-3, 9-2, 10-2, 15-2, I-1, I-2, II.1-1 thru II.1-4, II.1-6, II.1-8, 1I.1-11, II.1-13 tnru II.1-E0, II.1-23, 11.1-24, 11.1-26, 11.1-28, and II.1-29) to the Supply System Operational QA Program Description (WPPSS-QA-004) as approved by Supply System management for implementation effective February 1, 1982.
The approved Revision 6 contains updated organizational informa-tion and programmatic changes and replaces corresponding Revision 5 Sections /Pages which were transmitted to you on May 6, 1981.
