SUBJECT:
SUtfiARY OF DECEMBER 14, 1981 CRBR REVIEW MEETING A meeting was held on December 14, 1981 in Bethesda, Maryland to. discuss CRBRP safety related instrumentation and control systems. The applicant described the reactor and plant systems as documented in Chapter 7 of the PSAR. The presentation included: the design concepts and requirements; the* design criteria and their implementation; a discussion of the shutdown heat removal systems; and, a discussion of the reactor plant auxiliary systems. The applicant also discussed supporting plant control systems as well as instrumentation which is unique to LMFBR's.
The applicant stated that Chapter 7 of the PSAR is being revised to:
(1) include I&C Regulatory Guides issued after Regulatory Guide 1.89; and, (2) include a discussion of IEEE standards issued after 1975. The meeting attendee listing is attached to this suninary.
