The Commission continued its discussion of the draft policy and planning guidance statement prepared by the Office of Policy Evaluation, in a. version dated December 7, 1981.
The Commission directed OPE to work with EDO and Commissioner offices to incorporate changes as discussed'at the meeting and comments to be received by Friday, December 11.
The Chairman noted that the subsequent version would be circulated for notation vote and that, if acceptable, no further discussion would be necessary.
