.SUFttARY OF GU4ERIC ISdVES HEETING A meeting was nelo Deceuber 8,1981 in Bethesda, Haryland with representatives from Conaonwealth Ecison ana their consultants to discuss the information requested concerning Unresolved Safety Issues (USI's) for the Byron SER.
A list of attendees is given in Enclosure 1.
The staff explained that the recent practice in writing Appendix C to the SER concerning USIs is to ask the applicant for s;;pplemental information to make the staff's generic writeup somewhat plant specific.
In response to our hovember 10, 1981 request, the applicant was directed to provide information on any researcn or studies involving USIs that relate directly to Byron. Tne response to this request for infonaation neecs to be available to the staff by December 16, 1981 in order to include the supplemental information in the SEh.
